How would you describe your time at American General Life and A...?
I manage and service a $350,000 book of existing business while still being responsible for putting new business on the book. In my first year at AGLA, I maintained between a 92-94% persistency for my book of business and added $40,000.00 in new business to that book. I was also able to get two Property and Casualty insurance agencies appointed with AGLA and was able to prospect and write business off of their book and split commissions with that particular agency. I was able to gain a great working knowledge of the insurance industry, including; product knowledge, prospecting, referral gaining, and teamwork....

How would you describe your time at Lancaster Newspapers?
I cover feature stories for the Ephrata Review, Lititz Record Express, and Lancaster New Era. I am also on the Leacock Twp. beat, covering supervisors meetings, school board meetings, and township meetings. I interview sources and write weekly articles for these respected papers.
