Ron Newcomb

My passion is film. I love every aspect of it, and could talk about movies all day long. I plan on always doing something with film and perhaps writing. Not to change culture, but to help reconcile two worlds broken apart. It is sad that when we are Christians that we hesitate to put it out there on a page like this. Fears holds us in our tracts as we don't move on what may get translated by the lense of our current media and culture. We allow fear to pin us from from saying that I am a Fully Devoted Follower of Christ, because we know this is translated by many as "right wing, crazy, intolerant wierdo" who only knows how to boycott and complain. This is just not true. What is true, is God created me, and loved me so much that He sent His own Son to die on a cross to pay for my sin, and then rose on the 3rd day to conquer death for us all. I have committed a ton of sin, and rarely ever "get it right", but I do believe in Jesus Christ. He did not deny me, nor will I deny Him. And if that offends, this is meant not to, but a message of Truth and Love seems to do this sometimes....
