Exclusive lender-side transactional practice representing banks, finance companies, hedge funds and other financial institutions in a broad range of financial transactions typically involving multiple credit facilities and borrowers and including international elements.

Types of deals include
cash-flow and asset-based lending transactions (secured by various types of collateral, including commercial real estate, accounts receivable and equipment such as aircraft and machinery), acquisition financings (leveraged buyouts, loan portfolio acquisitions and the financing of tender offers), syndicated loan transactions, senior/junior secured lending transactions, loan restructures (distressed or otherwise), workouts and debtor-in-possession financings.

Specific responsibilities include assistance in structuring transactions which often include complex corporate, real estate and tax issues, drafting and negotiating the range of deal documentation with opposing counsel (including credit agreements, security agreements, guarantees, subordinations and intercreditor agreements), executing closings and supervising administrative staff and paralegals.
