Production is my main goal; Developing the ability to organize and manage, mentor and guide - have a vision and see it to fruition. I can macro-manage, see the big picture, keep a project on its intended tracks. I am firm about what i desire yet am flexible with creative input. I am open to new visions, ideas, and perspectives. I have great ideas yet realize there are talented individuals who can help refine and hone my projects - individuals who are experts in their respective fields who possess specific talents i do not claim to have.
