This was an exceptional opportunity to work with various departments at the Network level- as I started as an intern, was hired, & then laid-off along with 300 others - Thanks General Electric. (I still have the GE stocks they gave me as a momento...)

As much as we called it the "House of The Mouse" - there was NO other place on the PLANET where one could LEARN about large-scale Broadcasts, Live Events, and Entertainment - "Back in the Day" when Disney was just oozing with both creativity and cash, and we were just simply told to "Make it Happen" (budgets were only a guide...)... read more

I was very active on campus with both live events and producing many hours of programming on the school's Cable-TV channel. It was also a great opportunity to SIMULTANEOUSLY get a degree in Business as well as a degree in Communications.
