What advice would you give to a new employee at Mount Washington Valley Theatre Company?

Be prepared for a lot of hard work and a crazy schedule. The experience is well worth it so I would recommend anyone who wants to work in theatre do a summer stock program. It's a wonderful crash course in real life.

What advice would you give to a new employee at Charter Communications?

Be kind to yourself. I start by explaining that acquiring a comprehensive understanding of your job will evolve in the months ahead. So, when repetition of the tasks at hand begins to take hold that is when you'll start to get it. Don't be afraid to ask questions. I am here to support you.

What advice would you give to a new employee at Spot Runner?

My advice is to be proactive and a self starter. Spot Runner is a small company, and therefore, many polcies and procedures are created as the company begins to mature. It is not only rewarding to your department for your contributions but for the entire company.

What advice would you give to a new employee at Along Came Mary Productions?

Do what I did... just do your job.
There's no real secret to it. It's just that plain and simple. Because at the end of the day, it's about the work. Expectations are always high of course, but Mary Micucci is a very fair-minded employer. Of course, it helps if you have a "service
heart"; one who does more than their job requires - a person who gives an essentialist style of gift or gifting, which is rarely displayed and is the truest form of "the experience" and is the phenomenon of the great service experience, itself.

Experiencing a phenomenal hospitality service experience - when typically what you get these days is quite ordinary - and having the experience delivered in a very special, inexplicably personalistic way... leaving you feeling stirred, inspired and uplifted; it is the greatest expression of the truest form of a "service heart".
It is delivered or shared by what's known as sense datum or sensation: in the philosophical doctrine of phenomenalism, it's known as a "sensation" or a mental impression.
It's also called "sense memory"; when the five senses recall subconscious sensory impressions previously experienced.

Not being able to normally articulate it - as the receiver, you actually feel a brief deja vu-type, deep, strong sense that something wonderfully familiar has somehow just happened - "something familiar" that has been forgotten, yet stored in your subconscious; a familiar feeling that allows you to revisit a faint and distant remembrance (memory) of a unique and special "something" that has just touched you, once again... but in a brand new and extraordinary way.

What's cool is that it is truly real. And, that the experience can actually be transferred - whereby, the receiver can actually "feel it" or experience it. Thus, feeling and receiving the ultimate gift from one with a true "service heart".
When it happens... you "know".

True service-hearted people are far and few between; desirous, the type you'd like to clone.
