As retail jobs go, it was relatively standard. I made some good friends, but this job was only ever a temporary income until I could move to Los Angeles and then find a job in the industry.

I flourished because I was creatively challenged. I was able to use both my creative skills and organizational skills to design eye-cathing and informative promotional media. I recieved excellent work performance reviews.

How would you describe your time at Southern Illinois Universit...?
My learning experience was 90% extracurricular. Many of my classes felt redundant or out-dated, and there was too little technical training and preparation for the professional field offered. Regardless, I invested considerable time in an award-winning student-run TV program on campus, and completed an ambitious thesis film, both contributing the bulk of my training I value most....

How would you describe your time at illinois central college?
Most of my education here was involved in prerequisits and required courses, but the major-specific courses I was able to take were very enjoyable. I was invited by a professor to join five other selected students to create a short program from scratch.
