At Campbell's I Led a cross-functional team in developing a strategy to help Campbell's Select and Select Gold Label soups grow a measurable dollar share in the Ready-to-Serve soup segment in 2008.
- Developed strategies around how Campbell's can alter their consumer promotions to increase their appeal to emerging high growth target segments and grow their return on investment by five percent.
- Utilized IRI data and other analytical resources to evaluate competitors such as Healthy Choice and Wolfgang Puck to develop key insights and tangible recommendations for Campbell's future marketing efforts which could lead to a three percent increase in dollar share in their target segment....

How would you describe your time at COMEDY CENTRAL?
At Comedy Central I was Promoted to Producer and teamed with Marketing, Production and Online Ad Sales groups on ways to innovate the online representation of Comedy Central.
- Selected to join multi-department team to brainstorm innovative ideas on how to redesign the look and feel of Comedy Central's website. Used insight into goals & preferences of major sponsors to recommend a more efficient layout that ultimately pleased both customers and advertisers. Increased Online Ad Sales, from five million to nearly twelve million in less than 2 years as a result.
- Attracted high profile sponsors to Comedy Central's website for the first time, including McDonalds, Coca Cola and Nike, based on their satisfaction with improvements made to ad content. The rise in quality of advertising content was a direct result of improved teaming between Ad Sales and Production, as described above.
- Pulled production back on schedule within first thirty days on the job by negotiating more realistic content requests and deadlines between Ad Sales and Production, two groups that were not previously teaming well together....
