BRINGING THE DEEP BREATH TO THE BIG DAY!!!!
Lisa Helfer, M.A., R.Y.T., is the founder of Yoga for Weddings and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Lisa is also the coordinator for LUXE Destination Weddings Mindful Weddings Yoga Programs.
In 2002, Lisa was certified as a 200 hour National Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher after completing Synergy Yoga Center's training program in Miami, Florida. She also completed a 75 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training program in 2003 at Shiva Shala in New York City with Manju Jois. Lisa is available for Yoga for Weddings/Bride-to-Be Yoga workshops and live Bridal Show or Wedding Event demonstrations.
Yoga for Weddings has been featured on Wedding T.V. Yoga for Weddings provides bride-to-be and wedding-themed private yoga classes, officiated yoga-themed wedding ceremonies, yoga-themed bachelorette parties and bridal showers, wedding day yoga family and friends classes, retreats and public workshops, and destination yoga wedding travel packages.
Classes are broken down into three tiers:
Planning Stage,
Day/Week of the Actual Wedding,
After the Wedding
Customers may choose from any or all of the class offerings to tailor their own wedding yoga class packages. Studio space is available for large groups. An individual class or any combination of the classes may also be chosen.

Yoga for Weddings teachers are available to teach in a number of cities nationally (including: New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, Phoenix, Seattle, and Denver) and in the UK. Travel expenses are determined by the wedding destination, this cost is in addition to the prices listed on the website.
