I was hired to develop sales materials, attach a show runner level producer and sell this project. We set up the project at a major Reality TV production company, it fell out of development after two months and now it's in consideration at another major reality TV production company.

The first day I started work at Nash Entertainment Bruce told me that if I had ideas he wanted to hear about them. I knew that I had found a really great company that encouraged creativity from all it's employees. I started doing a lot of administrative tasks for Bruce, and within six months I was developing concepts for TV and Film for him internality and soliciting ideas from outside creatives. I was also developing my own ideas and Bruce put quite a few into development and also tried to sell a few. It's a great company, but there was no upward mobility for me.
