What's your favorite showbiz moment?

I was called into an audition for a Miller Lite commercial. Errol Morris (oscar winning documentary director) himself was conducting the audtion. The agency neglected to inform me that I was supposed to come with my boyfriend. Looking around the construction workers and boxers (also needed for the spot), I paired myself up with Peter McNeally, the first boxer to fight Mike Tyson after his jail term ended. As McNeally, aka "The Hurricane" performed his trademark rap song and I lived in the moment as the "supporting girlfriend," Mr. Morris simply laughed. Needless to say, there was no call back for me (or McNeally.).... read more

Finally, I wrote company distributed newsletters focusing on diversity awareness issues as the co-chair of the Diversity Awareness Committee.... read more

How would you describe your time at Boston Neighborhood Network?

Working in this grass-roots, non-profit organization was a great way to learn about the Boston community. I became involved with BNN as a volunteer at the station and community producer. Once hired as part time staff I helped train community producers on equipment needs, basic camera set up, and tought an introductory camera class. How would you describe your time at Emmanuel College, Boston, MA?

I obviously didn't begin my college experience this year. It was indeed several years ago. The most enjoyable and enriching experience of college for me was beginning the course of self discovery and expending my world view.

Marjorie is unlike anyone else I know. She's vivacious, smart, fun-loving and festive. She's at home in nearly any situation, and is invariably dressed to impress.

I worked with Marj at Time Warner where she did extensive research on behalf of the company and our clients. She researched and proved claims of very high dollar amounts, saving the company and our clients money. A very dedicated person who is very thorough and a pleasure to work with and know.
