If you could meet one person in the entertainment industry, who would it be?
If it could be anyone alive or dead I would have to say Walt Disney. Here was a man who could bounce back from any failure or adversity no matter how big. The company that he left behind has become very successful, but, especially during the early years, he often had to mortgage everything he owned to keep it afloat. I think too many people gage success based on monetary gain, and here was a man who blew that notion clean out of the water again and again....

How would you describe your time at Discovery Cove Orlando?
Active in all areas of the Discovery Cove Operations Control Center. Monitor a multi-camera survellience system to assist with security of the theme park. Operate two multi-frequency trunked radios to coordinate the activities of all park operations (ex. Security, Medical Services, Guest Services, Horticulture, etc.). Answer the Discovery Cove Emergency Line and dispatch appropriate personnel as required by the type of emergency. Answer the Discovery Cove Control Center Non-Emergency Line and dispatch appropriate resources as requested by the caller (ex. dispatch shuttle to pick up guests, etc.). Maintain all required logs for shift covered as well as file all required paperwork. Answer the Discovery Cove Employee Call-In Line, log the correct information from caller, and then disperse this information to the correct member of management. Monitor a weather radar system and a lightning tracker unit and initiated appropriate weather procedures by radio as needed. Monitor a multi-station call box system to communicate with Lifeguards and to receive reports from Water Safety personnel (ex. water rescue alarms, etc.). Monitor a large area alarm system and dispatch appropriate resources to all alarms....

How would you describe your time at walt disney world resort?
Protect the guests and cast members of the Walt Disney World Resort by providing professional security services. Patrol by foot, vehicle, and stationary posts throughout Walt Disney World property to provide assistance, recognize and respond to safety hazards, and deter criminal activity. Respond to all calls for service as directed by Walt Disney World Security Communications Center staff. Make intital investigation of incidents, summon additional resources as needed, and write detailed reports. Assisted security management by being a security coordinator for the 2007 New Year's Eve event at Disney's Contemporary Resort. During my time in Food and Beverage Operations I was active in Front of House operations for a large counter-service style quick service restaurant. Assist guests by placing chosen meal items on dish, and directing guests to additional meal choices as needed. Maintain the cleanliness of a dining area when functioning as either Busser or Bins Attendant. Maintain stock in several self service coolers located at the restaurant. Provide immediate guest service recovery when needed. I left food and beverage operations after being accepted into the WDW Security Academy on September 23, 2007....
