If you could meet one person in the entertainment industry, who would it be?

Spike Lee - I admire his courage to give direction in all genres of film - action, comedy, documentary, political, etc. I have a passion for documentary film, but Lee's versatility is even more what I desire.

This experience also helped me discover that I would like to explore this economic issue more through tv and film.... read more

How would you describe your time at The Washington Post?

It was a great experience. The copy aide position was entry-level, and it allowed me to work with the Post's TV production department where I readied writers for on-air. I gained more experience and developed more leadership skills toward my goal of working in tv and film production.

How would you describe your time at MHz NETWORKS?

This proved to be the most hands-on internship. I worked on network shows; wrote and produced a televised interstial; and was involved with the network's first internship video. My Photoshop, After Effects, and FCP skills were definitely seasoned. Fantastic experience!
