-Served as Assistant to the Director for Godspell, as well as assisting the Casting Associate with auditions for the production.
-Negotiated designer contracts for the 1999-2000 season and negotiated the AEA/Actor contracts for the production of Godspell.
-Produced the New York Showcase Benefit
for the Master of Fine Arts Acting Class of
2000. The fundraising and sales for the event resulted in 165% contributed income and 105% earned income.
-Developed an easily sorted Microsoft Access Casting Database and cataloged and filed all of ASF's actor headshots and resumes.
-Coordinated the marketing campaign for the graduate company productions: Love's Labour's Lost bringing in 143% of the income goal, and The Rehearsal bringing in 120% of the income goal with 29% of the total ticket buyers resulting in first-time ticket buyers.
-Developed the budget for the 2000 touring production of Fair and Tender Ladies and developed two proposed budgets for possible extension of plays within our 1999-2000 season.
-Box Office Manager for the University of Alabama Department of Theatre and Dance during the 1998-1999 season.
-Assisted the Treasurer of the League of Resident Theatres and the National Theatre Conference with the financial management of the organizations.
