Even though I was factory trained on Harris Automation (Louth) and recruited to work for Harris, Fox Sports Net wouldn't let me touch it and give the Fox tech crew pointers on it. Great ! I specialized on the Broadcast Automation, ie Sony LMS & Flexicart, Louth/Harris Automation, Grass Valley Profile and Seachange Automation systems. We had one guy who had a hard job, he QC'd the Playboy Channel videotapes because Playboy didn't have a broadcast facility yet.

Great to work there! I still get residuals to this day from being "talent" on the show. Being SAG & AFTRA, before I started helped. I just came from IBM as a Customer Engineer fixing computer systems. I was amazed to see that people get paid big bucks for making TV shows.
