My ideal work environoment is one where leadership can make decisions and recognize vision and talent that can lead the organization to the next level of success. A place where creativity and pragmatism are in balance. An organization that values input from its stakeholders, a work environment with comraderie and professionalism, where coworkers learn to co-exist. My talents and input at this organization were not fully maximized due to lack of quality leadership, however, I continue to make the most of my experience by implementing strategic marketing communications planning and promotions to build brand awareness, and increase visitation and revenue.

My time spent at this company was excellent. I trained in public and media relations, events and promotions under one of the best marketers in the 15th largest target market in the country. During my time here, I was able to encourage the organization to shift to emarketing and promotions, using eblasts, podcasts, and blogging to build brand awareness. In addition, I also assisted in planning 12 marketing-driven events per year, and 8 marketing-assisted events for crowds of 1200-6000, and trained interns and volunteers to assist with marketing initiatives.
