What are the top three things affecting our industry today?

Well I think at this point in time the recession is affecting every industry which includes us. Another big deal right now is being green, or going green. It's a great thing to be affecting everyone and I'm so glad everyone is getting involved. Also, I think with everything, the youth and the up and comers affect the way our industry reacts, trying to get them to purchase all the products we are selling; and almost everything now a days is meant to be sold.... read more

How would you describe your time at Golden Shore Imports?

I create new denim designs and also create technical packets for said designs. I work with illustrator and photoshop to create what is needed. I work with overseas factories after my design is sent until production.

How would you describe your time at GUESS?

I was assistant patternmaker as well as pattern room coordinator. I worked closely with designers, buyers, pre production, production, sample room, and patternmakers. I assisted in creating certain patterns as well as handling work load and all communication with other departments.
