What's your ideal work environment?
1.) A place where people who work as hard as you do, but will also take the time to sit back and laugh with you in the midst of the chaos. 2.) A place where creativity is embraced and not stifled. 3.) A place where you feel you always feel you have options. 4.) A place where the cubicles have high walls (gotta have high walls!), 5.) A place that has a conference room dedicated to playing Rock Band on the XBox to decompress.... I have yet to find that place. :-)...

What was your first Job in Entertainment?
Well, if you count the times I was a "background actor" in college, then that would be it. In order to make a little extra cash during the summer, I was an extra on shows like Boston Public, Popular, Malcom in the Middle, and Arliss. Easiest job in the world, and just fun to be that close to the whole tv show-making process. Then after that, I found my way to Variety as a Sales Assistant for VarietyCareers.com. And the rest is history!...
