Eric, What's the secret to getting hired at Leonard, Dicker & Schreiber?

I'm not sure there is a secret to getting hired at this law firm. Rather, getting hired depends more on the specific needs of the firm at any given time, as well as the specific skills and abilities the prospective employer offers. However, having said that, presenting an open, friendly and congenial attitude, as well as a professional, self-respecting persona, will take the prospective employee far towards obtaining employment with this law firm.

Eric, What did you learn along the way at Leonard, Dicker & Schreiber?

I learned how to manage my time effectively and efficiently myself, as this law firm tends to be much more relaxed and "hands-off" with respect to its employees. This firm allows its employees much freedom and lattitude in performing their daily tasks, which enabled me to hone my self-management skills. Additionally, I was able to improve my analytical writing skills, as well as my online research capabilities.

Eric, What advice would you give to a new employee at Leonard, Dicker & Schreiber?

This law firm has a very casual, hands-off approach to managing their employees, so be prepared to manage your own time effectively and efficiently, without much input from your supervisor(s). Additionally, this firm prides itself on fostering a congenial, friendly atmosphere, and will reward those employees who put forth a friendly, easy-going attitude. All in all, this law firm is a very nice place to work. However, like any place of employment, some people in supervisory positions are more difficult to work for than others; pay attention to the management style of your supervisor(s), ask other employees about which ones are "peculiar" or difficult to please, and always remember that if you provide your best effort, rarely will you have any problems.
