Willie, How did you find your job at Morgan Creek Productions?

I was going to school at Chapman University to get my Masters in Film Producing and I had a very interesting teacher for my Marketing, Distribution & Exhibition class. I asked him if I could come by his company a few times a month to learn anything I could. Once the summer started I interned there and was his executive assistant at his film financing company. In July he was offered the job of EVP of Co-Productions and Acquisitions at Morgan Creek and asked me to be his assistant. I accepted and continued my education, so I would work until early afternoon three days a week, then go to class and work extra on Thursday and Friday, sometimes totalling over 50 hours/week while I was a full time student producing short films and attending class. Let's just say leisure time was not part of my routine. I graduated with my Masters in May and continued to work there, over 50 hours a week until October 2007
