Experiences at walt disney world resort

In think its important for new cast members to realize that working for Walt Disney World Resort should be something you undertake because you want to work here, and not just because you want or need a job. If you are just looking for a job there are plenty of places that can provide you a "job", but working for Walt Disney World is truely an experience and even an adventure. People come from all over the world to be called a Walt Disney World Cast Member (I relocated from Northwest Georgia). This is truely a place where having fun at work is encouraged, but being professional and respectful of all persons is demanded. Walt Disney World is a world-class destination , and as such it can be hard work maintaining the level of service, care, and show that guests have come to expect from the Walt Disney Company. With that said though nothing beats walking down Main Street USA, looking at Cinderella Castle, and being able to say I get paid to work here!!!...
