When I decided to go to school after a long absence, I knew I would only be able to accomplish that by going for what I really wanted to do. I needed to be practical about cost and Fullerton had expanded their RTVF program. I'm so glad I chose Fullerton. There is something so innovative and creative about being part of a new program. There is something very satisfying for me about bare bones, gorilla style filmmaking and video. One of my best lit scenes on video was accomplished by bouncing a 1k tungsten light off of a pine wood ceiling. It was the only light I had on a cold overcast day. Were me and my classmates envious when hearing about neighboring schools equipment? You bet and yet we manage to learn our craft. CSUF continues to grow and now has some truly extraordinary courses that would rival the usual suspects, as well as plenty of equipment. I've loved my time there and can't wait, even though it's a scary prospect, to start the next chapter of my own story. I don't know if this answers the question, but there you have it....
