Experiences at UTEP University of Texas at El Paso

The value of working with a production team. I had learned this lesson over the 1980s working in broadcast radio and television but with the advent of digital cameras/nonlinear editors the trends suggested one could produce a project start to finish as a sole producer. Learning this technically was possible it was not as productive as working with a team as in the case of most documentaries, feature films, and television production projects. Though I continue to offer turnkey services for business, industrial, and community service clients from script to screen I much prefer opportunities and budgets allowing for a variety of sub-specialization professionals working as a team in the production process....
