People at UBS are fairly nice and open. So, just be yourself and listen to your own instincts. The work will be hard and you should expect the best out of yourself. Just make sure you really love the work you do.

I worked there for an internship in the past. I established a very good rapport with the people at the bank. They liked the way I worked and I liked the people I worked for. So after school, UBS extended me an offer.
