Experiences at The Richard Nixon Presidential Library

At the time, I had been working as an Assistant Catering Manager at the Hyatt Hotel in Irvine, CA. The Hyatt was the exclusive catering to the Nixon Library and there was an opening. Basically, I was at the right place at the right time. I learned a lot at what I consider to be my first real job...mostly about politics, which came in handy when I moved to DC a decade later....
