I have a great smile, warm personality, out going, friendly, love to laugh, and easy to be around. I am also a quick learner and hard working. I was able to communicate those abilities to the hiring manager. He loved me.

I had a blast making those phone calls to the nurses. They were fun to talk to and I loved listening to their stories. I also loved that it was a fast pace enviornment with plenty to do. I never got bored. There was allot of juggling going on, trying to get these nurses booked at hospitals. I was extremely successful at this job because I was creative and innovative with respect to booking shifts for the nurses and getting the neccessary documents in on time....

I learned a great deal about relationship builiding and communtication. I also learned about the medical field and medical terminology.

Allow yourself 3 months to really get the hang of things. There is allot to learn in this businses. Be patient with yourself and positive and you will be successful.

I answered an ad I found in the paper
