Kiino's Answer

1.) The diversity in life. Freelancing exposes me to a wide variety of people and experiences. From fashion to music, to directors, actors and athletes. If I were shooting the same thing over and over again, I'd be bored.
2.) Always something new...whether it's shooting portrait assignments in Cannes, fashion stories in NY, or documentary projects in LA...amazing experiences are the constant.
3.) Creative cultural participant...it's very satisfying to be able to tell people's stories (often my own), knowing I'm effecting an audience and their perceptions of the world at large, highlighting what's meaningful or simply making images that are minimal and solitary.
