What advice would you give to a new employee at Mount Washington Valley Theatre Company?

Be prepared for a lot of hard work and a crazy schedule. The experience is well worth it so I would recommend anyone who wants to work in theatre do a summer stock program. It's a wonderful crash course in real life.
