What advice would you give to a new employee at Charter Communications?

Be kind to yourself. I start by explaining that acquiring a comprehensive understanding of your job will evolve in the months ahead. So, when repetition of the tasks at hand begins to take hold that is when you'll start to get it. Don't be afraid to ask questions. I am here to support you.
