What advice would you give to a new employee at NBC Universal?

Learn as much as possible and introduce yourself to everyone. The more you learn and absorb the more you will find out how to get things done efficiently and the more you will figure out where you want to go in your career. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions or ask for help.
