The top three things that are affecting our industry today is pirating, lack of artistic options, and a struggling economy. Pirating takes away capital for everyone involved in the creative process, making it difficult to invest time, money, and energy into creating a better product in the future. Lack of artistic options makes people not want to invest in the entertainment industry. People move away from the middle, pop culture, and people invest their time into more niche products. And because our economy is doing so poorly, people find it difficult to use their disposable income on entertainment.
