My ideal work environoment is one where leadership can make decisions and recognize vision and talent that can lead the organization to the next level of success. A place where creativity and pragmatism are in balance. An organization that values input from its stakeholders, a work environment with comraderie and professionalism, where coworkers learn to co-exist. I'd like to work in a fun, energetic office environment, with a team or alone, achieving the goals set forth by the organization.
