Rachel's Answer

I had a blast making those phone calls to the nurses. They were fun to talk to and I loved listening to their stories. I also loved that it was a fast pace enviornment with plenty to do. I never got bored. There was allot of juggling going on, trying to get these nurses booked at hospitals. I was extremely successful at this job because I was creative and innovative with respect to booking shifts for the nurses and getting the neccessary documents in on time.
