I learned how to manage my time effectively and efficiently myself, as this law firm tends to be much more relaxed and "hands-off" with respect to its employees. This firm allows its employees much freedom and lattitude in performing their daily tasks, which enabled me to hone my self-management skills. Additionally, I was able to improve my analytical writing skills, as well as my online research capabilities.
