Someday I would like to be an editor for a feature film. One of the reasons that I like movies is the way they can affect the person watching them, either emotionally or even occasionally physically. The editor of the film is a big part of creating this experience. They decide which takes work the best together and how fast they should be cut together, what angles to use, etc. A film and all of its raw footage are like is like a big puzzle that the editor gets to create so that the audience can put it together while they are watching it.
