What are the top three things affecting our industry today?

1.) The ability to keep new ideas coming, keep things fresh. (example. reality tv - lacking)
2.) Technology that's out that's so easy to use, the average consumer can do some of the technical stuff editors went to school for.
3.) Sometimes a knack for inappropriate focus.
