My dream job right now does not require a lot of time in an office. I am not opposed to an office, but most of what I would be doing doesn't happen there, i.e., writing a script on my MacBook at a cafe or park.

But realistically, my ideal environment is populated with like-minded and enthusiastic people. I do not want to work next to people who hate their jobs, hate their boss, or hate their life. I want to feel energized when I wake up in the morning, thinking about what I will accomplish that day. This can't happen everyday, but a workplace where the people enjoy their job makes it more likely.
