My ideal work environment is a place where I can communicate effectively with colleagues and a place where I can be freely creative. It needs to be a place where I feel comfortable working and where people feed off of each other's ideas. I prefer a fast paced environment where everyone is on the same page and is working towards a single, unified goal. Especially on a project, it is important to have everyone's input to truly have a piece feel like it is part of everyone's effort.
