Like any business, the industry must provide content that drives income. The availability of numerous entertainment options means we have to be smart and provide programming that draws people. Second, we must work together. We need to be aware that the people with whom we surround ourselves are the people with whom we will succeed or fail. Third, we should understand that making a profit should be secondary to making a career for ourselves and those who depend on us.
